About Us

Hi, I’m Rosie. I started Paint To The People in November 2024 from our little corner studio in Felixstowe, with a simple idea — to create a welcoming art club where children could explore creativity freely and without judgement.

The opportunity came about when my parents mentioned a small corner unit that was becoming available to rent. What started as a slightly scary thought soon felt like a chance to build something really special for kids in Felixstowe. While opening a brick-and-mortar studio was definitely a big step, the idea of creating a safe, encouraging space for creativity felt too important to ignore.

At the heart of Paint To The People is the belief that there’s no such thing as bad art. So many people grow up thinking they’re “bad at art”, and my aim is to gently challenge that — encouraging curiosity, practice, mistakes, and self-expression over perfection or polished results.
